Our fourth project on Sunset Boulevard continues a story we're proud to be telling one street at a time. Here, a crisp two-story glass residence opens onto a garden designed to feel both architectural and alive. Broad limestone slabs step down the lawn like a quiet cascade, drawing the eye from the house to a clean-lined pool framed in pale stone. A stone pool house with a slender black steel canopy anchors the far end, offering shaded dining with long views toward the Flatirons.

The planting softens every edge: drifts of lavender, feather reed grass and silver-leaved perennials move with the wind, while a curved corten planter and native boulders ground the space in the Front Range landscape. At dusk, integrated lighting traces each step and warms the stone, turning the garden into a glowing extension of the home. It's a place made for slow mornings, long summer evenings and everything in between.
